For a truly romantic end to the day, take a water taxi to Valletta at sunset.
Indulgence Divine is unlike other Malta vacation rentals in that it comes with a rich history. It was built around the time the Knights first arrived in Malta and settled in Vittoriosa.
The original owner will have likely been a naval merchant. The size of the original building (now divided in two) indicates its owner was important. Marine graffiti in what used to be the house chapel (now the bedroom) suggests the owner was involved in shipping.
